our process


Repairer or Motoris initially determines if its a not at fault incident.
Driver complete claim form and send to Motoris along with all accident proof and documentation

Motoris opens file and sends a reference number to repairer

Motoris will contact other party and obtain claim details and get in contact with their insurer


If Motoris confirms liability is accepted, the damaged vehicle is quoted and sent to the independent assessor
Once the repairer has the assessment back, they repair the vehicle


If a Hire car is required, a like-for-like car is provided at no upfront cost*. Any hire cars are to end on date of the post repair inspection
When vehicle is a week from being finished, the repairer sends Motoris the final tax invoice along with parts invoice and mid repair images to [email protected] and we will request for the insurer to attend a “post repair inspection”


A week after the post repair inspection, Motoris will commence negotiations with the at fault insurer and update on the settlement.
